This Day, LAST YEAR! :-))

He was like a bomb which was about to explode.

Till the final MSD was out of form, but “comet the hour, comet the champion” He kept the dream alive! And just when India needed some 4 odd runs to win world cup 2011 - came a mesmerizing stroke and in the blink of an eye ball went sailing into stands.

2 April 2011 23:15hrs Mumbai went crazy and so did the entire nation…. "After 28 years party had began!"

Till then Indians had one memory to cherish when the then captain Kapil Dev ran a great distance (about 18-20 yards) to take a catch to dismiss most destructive batsmen of all time Sir Viv Richards.

But it was "THIS DAY LAST YEAR" things once again had changed. India were the World-Cup winners of 2011.

Trip down the memory lane... For once there was...
