When God took away his ‘Goddess’

Truth be told – My first memory of Sridevi came in 90s. It was that song which made her darling of Nation… ‘Kate Nahe Kate Yee’ from Mr. India.

Those curves, that round shape ass, dance moves and flawless skin oh God… I’m sure it is fresh in minds of w/men to date. 

Those were the expression of school going kid BTW.

As I grew and watched some other movies of Sridevi I realized one thing it wasn’t about the physical appearance all the time. It was about the performance be it through dancing or acting –

While dancing her eyes spoke volumes and through act she moved viewers psyche to the core….

Who can forget the last scene of Sadma when she becomes oblivion to past…

I have cried many a times seeing the last scene but, also have felt like slapping the shit out of her. And that for me was the “PERFORMACE”

She was actor par excellence.…                              

Born Leo in 1963, - 2018 wasn’t a time to leave… they say it is untimely death.

Well to each his own…. But, for me it was the God who unleashed his arrogance on mere mortals and took back his Goddess…

RIP – and yes Mam it’s not you saying “I” but, we will love you - forever!!!

Matter of one’s imagination…

Politicians come and politicians go but, never in a democratic society one could have seen what Nehru – Gandhi family has shown us. 
It was on fateful day 30^th Jan 1948, a guy from down town of Pune made up his mind to assassinate Gandhi. 

The reasons he gave for assassination were right in its day light but, since I have started taking interest in India’s cultural, demographic and its political past one thing has always left me speechless.  

Yes, for a country to run smoothly you need tall leaders and committed opposition with a sense of purpose. However, more than amused, it’s a shame to see the countries leaders of opposition running from pillar to post to protect Gandhis than the welfare of country and countrymen.

Sometimes, I wonder is Nehru – Gandhi dynasty been a curse to India!!?

Target of NVG was achieved but, was mission accomplished?  

Forget not, out of 70 years of independence it is this one family who has ruled for 47 years…

Nehru – 17years  

Indira – 15years

Rajiv – 5years and Madam Sonia indirectly 10years.   

Mahatma at his fag end had become a non-plus entity in Congress, his end of the story made Nehru strong.

Well, only if the great Nathuram Vinayak Godse instead of Gandhi had uprooted Nehru, would India’s politics, political history been different?   

Who knows it’s a matter of one’s imagination…

Last Christmas will never be special again!!!

Wham, Careless Whisper are some of those songs which were early English songs which I heard on audio caste long back in school days... Thanks to Baba... 

Well then happened college, first job and then came ‘Last Christmas...’ 

But, after hearing sad demise of the one who sung this unforgettable track that too on 25^th Dec 2016 I think last Christmas will never be special again!!! 

Will never forget the start, the lyrics, the high pitch voice and saxophone used in this track... 

And then came this unforgettable track... Oh boy!!! 

You will be remembered...  RIP George Michael!! 

Wars are fought with Weapons not with Smart-phones!!

In a country of 1.25billion+ population, government cannot be held accountable for every loss of life… But, that is when a loss occurs due to suicide, an accident or due to hand of god. 

You may have protected civilians from terrorist attacks but, time and again infiltrators who have moved in and killed our brave-hearts is unacceptable!! 

First Pathankot now Uri…It’s not just an attack on our Army. It’s an attack on our pride…. It’s just not killing but, a statement!!  

Many of us who voted for you did not vote just for development but, for we saw “you hit me once I kill you twice” attitude. 

What stops you from retaliation?? 
What stops you from getting into a war?? 
What stops you from sending stern message to the world at large?? 

We don’t expect you to kill innocent Pakistanis but, then neither do we expect your tweets, we want you to get even with their establishment!!! 

Ajit Doval (NSA), Manohar Parrikar (RM) Rajnath Singh (HM) and you Dearest Prime Minister don’t remind us of Congress, worst of Mahatma!!! "Wars are fought with Weapons not with Tweets!!"

2^nd of October and then 30^th of Jan are the date’s which Indians would forever remember for different reasons!! 

2^nd Oct 1869 – Gandhi was born and then came 30^th Jan 1948 – where finally Gandhi was assassinated! 

Earlier as a child and then through history books in the school we all have got and would continue to get a different picture…  

It’s only when we grow-up – READ AND PROCESS “HISTORY IN TOTALITY” we understand sacrifice number of w/men made for India’s Independence.  

But, then History is also a Painful affair…. 

Some get a status of a Hero. 

While some are hanged to death FOR SAVING NATIONS "REMAINING" PRIDE!!!  

No matter what they say – not just love, you have our Respect NVG!!!  

They just keep coming… What next!!??

As far as I am concerned there are two types of human personalities not only who believe in thoughts, but, are committed to core to transform those thoughts into actions!!!  

A)  One who think of peace, loyalty, humanity 

B)  One who think of pain, betrayal, mass destruction

And btw, both are right in their own way!! 

Over the years what has baffled w/men who belong to category A 

"Is how and why these entire world’s greatest intelligence agencies fail to gather intelligence before such gruesome act take place???"

The Government of respective nations spends billions of dollars and yet we see outfits like ISIS, Al – Qaedas, Boko Harams carrying out attacks on innocent people!!!

No – matter how much we write, how much condolence we offer, how much abusive we become post such attacks 

One would never know, would never understand

The pain unless someone close to us suddenly vanishes without any fault of theirs!!!

Why is India celebrating the United States Supreme Court’s ruling of making the same – sex marriage legal??

Indians who belong to LGBT community celebrating the same – sex marriage is still “understandable!” As someone on the other side of the globe has finally been granted the justice.

But, will the Indian government, Indian courts, the straight ones ever accept? 

Worst, will the mother of all ”the hypocrites” - who otherwise won’t even stand for their own words / principle who today have their respective profile pictures filled with rainbow filter come out and fight for Indian LGBT community rights if need arise??? 

Haaaa….. The whole of India celebrating the United States Supreme Court’s ruling of making same – sex marriage legal is like is like a Dog chasing a car??

One the dog will never get there and even if it does h/she will not be able to drive the car!!!  

Went in school uniform back in casket!! - Let the prayers be with the people of Pakistan!!!

India is not new to such terror strikes. 

As far as my memory goes back the first time I heard terror strike was – 1992 Mumbai. Since then Indians have been subject to such horrifying attacks and innocents have been killed.

But, today as the story of Peshawar unfold on TV sets – I for one was in tears!!!

Mothers and Fathers send their children to school to learn new things, explore their potentials, achieve their dreams.

Instead those parents were left to deal with the heaviest burden of their life – to carry coffin of their children.

I mean no cause can justify such brutality!!

I hope Government of Pakistan and its Military will now stop flirting and take actions to eradicate all terrorist outfits…

This is what happens when “YOU PLAY WITH DEVILS AND RUN BY THE HOUNDS!!!”

Shiva who danced in RAGE!!!

It all started on June 14 and with each passing hour the horror of flood shook the very corner of this beautiful land. 

Men, women, old ones, kids, soldiers you name it every one lost their life in an attempt to live or let live!

Had it not been for Indian Army, and Indian Air force heroic efforts the death toll could have increased by leaps and bounds.

Thousands were rescued; thousands were cremated while hundreds are still missing.

People from all round the country visit the holy shrine of the twin cities of Uttarakhand, Badrinath and Kedarnath to offer prayers but in return all they received were heartbreak, tears, inconsolable soul, – for no fault of theirs they had to suffer.



Sometimes such natural calamities makes people think about the sequence of events especially if it’s in a pilgrimage spot.

On one hand the survivors who witnessed, the people who saw on TV sets the tragedy unfold may blame the eco system - Green Violation which led to massive destruction.

But the worst is for those who lost their near – dear ones.

God forbid but with such a tragedy anyone who carries faith is bound to have a doubt of God’s existence.

The Government says Rescue will be over in couple of hours. Relief camps were set which helped thousands. Reconstruction will happen in years to come but what about Rehabilitation of those locals who have lost the very essence of life.

It will take months probably years to lead a normal life but it will certainly take enormous effort – to get a good night sleep! 

May God – if he exists in Uttarakhand give strength; bring peace in the life of those who have suffered!

Credibility can be restored. But, what about the betrayal?

IPL – is a Money making institution. Respective franchise owners, players, broadcaster, media, advertising agencies, five star / seven stars hotels, ground staff each one involved directly with the sport was walking with a smile until once again the spot fixing saga shocked the biggest beneficiaries – Fans across who have loved the Game of Cricket to the core.

Billions were betrayed yet again for few lakh of Rupees…

Two of them were promising new comers, one was a member of world cup winning squad. All three however, had one thing in common

They were old enough to know right from the wrong!

They were young enough to have lot of cricket left in them!


And yet, the got hooked to the biggest evil of all – Money!

The law will take its course. Lawyers of those accused will thrive on biggest wepon “Innocent until proven guilty”

But after going through number of evidences which Delhi police have presented so far, one can’t help but think… of Mens Rea - “ACTUS NON FACIT REUM NISI MENS SIT REA”

THERE WAS A MIND AT FAULT BEFORE THERE WAS A CRIME!

Evening was to be an unprecedented experience for me; From Hotel Radio in Camp to Vaishali on FC road, from Koreagoan Park to Kothrud never had I seen retailers, malls, liquor shops, markets, restaurants, petrol pumps all shut cause of one Politician’s demise!

Call it a Love or Fear…. THE GODFATHER RULED EVEN IN HIS LONG LASTING SLEEP!

CNN - IBN's initiative to find "The Greatest Indian" after Mahatma was an unprecedented search in-itself. 

It was B R Ambedkar, who was voted as "The Greatest Indian" after Mahatma. Rightly so after all he too was a brain, Not for nothing is he called "Father of Constitution" 

But in retrospect, here is one question which I have always come across... 

Would have India considered Gandhi as REAL MAHATMA, if he would have died A NATURAL DEATH?

It was a year which started like everyone else.

Dad was a lord of infidelity yet he was my first love. Seldom he failed to deliver the needs but perhaps; only if had he been loyal to you things would have been different!

Mom here was young girl dying to see honesty in relation, in-return all she got was disappointment.

All the time I thought what you must have been through and before anything actually happened here I was.... Pushing my own relation into darkness... It was mess then now a mess-e life! No wonder why I was been termed "in-secure"
