If the quarter final of Wimbledon of
2016 was mouthwatering affair then Semi – Final of Wimbledon 2016 turned out to
be heart wrenching outcome.
The momentum was clearly with Federer as
he was leading 2 games to 1.
4 set and just when one thought it
would go in tiebreaker World No. 6 Raonic pulled out an incredible win on
Maestro’s serve.
5th set it was and one could
see the hope of a champion sinking by the point.
The word at large expected Fedex to win
that elusive 18 Grand Slam and 8 Wimbledon title but, a hope failed to turn in
reality!!
Champion surely lost Semis of Wimbledon for
the first time, but, he won our hearts yet again!!!
