Some day it had to happen,
So what if it was after a failed relation,
After series of failed relations,
So what if it came late in the day,
Some day it had to happen!
"BETTER IT IS TO BE LATE THAN NEVER!"
Once an innocence, which turned blind,
Driven by insecurities, time just couldn’t be fine!
Then the best friend, fickle amongst the generation,
Confused mind had made enough of blunders!
Blamed it on rest to save own skin,
Gender came in handy, tears were akin!
Logic for once had gone for a toss,
In hope for a change, everything was lost!
Word used sorry had really no say,
The near- one had HEAVILY to pay!
Days went by, so did the months,
Stakes were high, as years passed by!
Frustration kept mounting, pictures kept changing,
Prayers offered were just not helping!
Finally one thinks, admissions are closed,
For helpless parents it’s the last hope!
Foolishness had to offer a belated return,
Eventually dust had to settle!
One more hope, another day!
"Law of average" is on its way!
