The match lasted 3hours 9minutes and
then came moment of truth – with Djockvic error the entire stadium erupted in
joy – Yes, it was after 77 years a Brit had won Men’s Wimbledon single’s title.
The best was post match presentation where Murray dedicated his Maiden Wimbledon title to his coach and one of the all-time great Evan Lendl.
Win for Murray – hopefully, has brought closure to Lendl’s painful journey at Wimbledon.
