28 states and 8 UTs Vs 1 State :D

Corona came to 29 states and 8 union territories... Lock-down was declared across all states and union territories and yet only one sect of students from one state is benefited from Corona... So unfair!!! ;-)

Well, now that you have arrived with a bang then why just help one state!!?

At least, students from MH can thank the best CM ever.... Uddhav Thackeray :D 

Jokes apart when we do not have not a single state which is C-Free then why tax students from other states...
