For the world it’s the first match of Pool B. But for Indians it is war!!

A war between subcontinents two most unpredictable teams!!!

It was 2^nd of April 2011 when India played in World Cup final on home soil and what followed was a historic moment for every Indian present in the ground and on the planet!!!

It’s been four years to the last world cup and still the winning six – Ball sailing into the stands of Wankhade is still fresh in the MINDS OF EVERY INDIAN!!!   

Lot has changed since the World Cup of 2011.

India will go into the series as Defending champions but will they produce something outstanding as they did in 2011??

Only time will tell!!!

THIS IS A CUP OF LIFE!!!   

Players will play out of their skins. Controversies, dejection, jubilation, drama will all happen under the sun!! 

Nations would pray, nations would celebrate, nations would cry while on March 29 2015 ONLY ONE NATION WILL GO HYSTERIC!!!  

MAY THE BEST TEAM WIN!!!

India lost test down–under, yesterday at a Bouncy wicket in Perth they couldn’t even qualify into finals!!!

And yet, no one seems to be bothered!!! 

For Billion + population what matters is ALL IMPORTANT WORLD CUP!!!

Sharapova has lost 15 head – to – head matches to Williams.  

The last time she won was in 2004 Wimbledon!!

But then this is 2015.

Besides, pressure of final can well play on nerves!!!!

Today it was for the first time in Indian politics where PM broke the protocol and was personally present at Palam Airport to greet the President of the United States of America. 

Later in the day the ultimate showman of contemporary Indian politics updated his page with this picture… 

For first I was surprised and didn’t believe my eyes, but as the thought settled in; I for one felt Proud!

Was good to see the man who gave us Facebook, Likes, Followers and Following himself following  Indian Leader!!
