You are not expected to play but, to WIN EVERY TIME you step onto field. And the Word cup setting is beyond just a match it’s a War!!! 

Be it 50 overs or 20overs it was for the 11^th time the two teams met in WC setting and yet again it was India who came out victorious!! – thanks to ever improving performance of Virat Kohali.

In past one year it was 3^rd time India played Pakistan and on all three occasions it was Virat who grabbed Man of the Match!   

I must admit I have never been a big fan of Virat forget being a diehard follower. But his consistent performance on the field and with the bat has mesmerized Nation like never before… 

Even if the LEGS ARE HEAVY AND THE LUNGS ARE BURNING DON’T STOP!!! 

Then it was Sachin, now is it Virat? 

Good luck for remaining encounters – India!! 

Mumbai Massacres

There was a time in Cricket where at times, teams chasing target of 230 failed to achieve it in 50 overs. But, guess gone are those days!!! 

It was for second time in the History of T-20 cricket and for first time in WC T-20 target of 230 was chased in less than 20 overs!!! 

South Africans who batted first had set a near impossible target for Brits.

But, little did they knew at the start of second half; about the target which they had set was going to be ”Good For Nothing!!!” 

For Batsman if Mumbai’s pitch was a paradise then, for Bowlers it turned out to be an absolute Hell!!! 

If English bowlers were punished for being short and wide South African bowlers were massacred for being too full right from the word go…  

By winning this match Brits have kept their hope alive, for Africans hope it's not a start of another downhill WC campaign!!! 

A Bad start…. Hope it isn’t a catastrophic end in making!!

It was England who had hosted 2009 WC and were beaten at Lord’s in tournaments first encounter. India was second team in the history to go same way. 

127 runs in 120 balls was easy target to chase is what one would have thought only to know how things can change in matter of few good deliveries.

Did NZ play out of their skins to create an upset or were Indians complacent? Only those who played this beautiful game would be in position to asses...  

But, one thing for sure it was an eye opener for Team India!!!

The next one is against Pakistan. It is "MUST WIN" for many reasons!!! Hope Indians come out with flying colors and leave the ground with winning smiles!!
