When God took away his ‘Goddess’

Truth be told – My first memory of Sridevi came in 90s. It was that song which made her darling of Nation… ‘Kate Nahe Kate Yee’ from Mr. India.

Those curves, that round shape ass, dance moves and flawless skin oh God… I’m sure it is fresh in minds of w/men to date.

Those were the expression of school going kid BTW.

As I grew and watched some other movies of Sridevi I realized one thing it wasn’t about the physical appearance all the time. It was about the performance be it through dancing or acting –

While dancing her eyes spoke volumes and through act she moved viewers psyche to the core….

Who can forget the last scene of Sadma when she becomes oblivion to past…
I have cried many a times seeing the last scene but, also have felt like slapping the shit out of her. And that for me was the “PERFORMACE”

She was actor par excellence.…

Born Leo in 1963, - 2018 wasn’t a time to leave… they say it is untimely death.

Well to each his own…. But, for me it was the God who unleashed his arrogance on mere mortals and took back his Goddess…

RIP – and yes Mam it’s not you saying “I” but, we will love you - forever!!!

129 more and King enters an uncharted teritory...

You like him or you hate him to each his own. However, one thing sure you can’t take him out of an equation...
India’s test series in SA was a bizarre show. Batters came in and they went back but not King Kohli. He stood like a lone wolf fighting...
Then came ODIs and no one expected the result which was produced in the end. It was superb display of team effort but yet again one man stood tall – King Kohli.
And in process he became first batsmen in the History of game to score 500+runs in a bilateral series.

Past went ODIs and in came t-20. The King misfired twice but, will he come out strong in a decider. There’s a record in making if King Kohli scores 129runs today.

Yes, he will become the only batsmen to enter in uncharted territory.
After Sir Viv he will be only Batsmen to score 1000 intl runs in a single series.

Will he!!? Wont he!!? Good luck King Kohli..

It takes two to Tango

Be it the first kiss or first breakup seldom we forget.
Move on and one thing we learn to appreciate about kisses and breakup; it comes and goes but, a thing which stays in mind forever is memory of first school crush and those flirtatious acts individual performs to win that heart.
Seldom, we forget that…
This Malayalam song 'Manikya Malaraya Poovi' where schoolgirl and a schoolboy exchanging flirtatious glances reminds us of those school days gone by.

The gorgeous Keralite Priya Prakash Varrier walked away with all the accolades. In matter of 30 seconds she won millions of heart.

Yet, for me it wasn’t about just one person in the song.
Yes, dancing eyebrows is a thing to adore and that wink is priceless but, the winning moment wasn’t the girl it was smile on young lad's face.

It was like a dream come true… And why not? The guy had hit a ‘JACK POT’

Check out for that very expression… A million dollar smile made millions of viewers go back in time.

'Bhenchot' - Is this expression necessary all the time!!!?

Truth be told..
We all have Heros. Some come in form of father, elder brother, and then there are Movie stars and Sports stars whom we subconsciously follow.
While growing up with television the Heros for me were the men from the cricketing world (Be it Ricky Ponting, RD, Ganguly)
Those were the men who were arrogant, they were outspoken but aggression came through form of action.
Fast-forward – Came 2011 and the man who won us World Cup, MSD showed the world a complete different meaning of aggression.
Post MS captaincy – Came Kohli era…
Kohli is exceptional batsmen, a superhuman when it comes to chasing down big totals, however, Kohli as a player is by the day becoming unbearable to watch.

Every time a century is scored, or wicket falls or match has been won one word which is seen coming out of Kohli is ‘BHENCHOT’
Showing aggression through words at times can work, but each time using abusive language in front of camera -
What message does it give to the kids who have made him Hero already?? Is it that necessary??
To each his own however, forget not…
NAKED AGGRESSION MAY LOOK GOOD BUT, STEELY RESILIENCE IS VALUED MORE!!

Cursed as a player, will he come flying as a COACH!!!??

Rahul Sharad Dravid one player who gave everything in his playing career and yet remained under the shadow of Tendulkar…
He played ODIs, scored in t-20s and boy…In Test Match Cricket he was a God before the Kings of the batting came on field.
As far as ODIs and that too WC is concerned Dravid deserved to be on winning side.
2003 in Africa he played a crucial role and yet was on losing side. 2007 well who can forget the monkeys in blue :P then came 2011 India won the World Cup but, the ultimate jewel on the cup went amiss!!!
Dravid came, Dravid saw and Dravid retired as player… But, man who is still committed to the sport which he cherished… Ain’t he deserves a World Cup Win???
If not as a player then as a COACH!!!
As a coach he once saw failure in WC final (2016)… High time the one seeing everything from top looks at person who also made millions of Indians happy!!!

Good Luck U-19!!! May the God of success be with you tomorrow!!!

The very best find their way - Billie Jean King

After 1up in first set Fedex fans were happy... But, by the time it was one all memories of US open came back haunting... Thankfully, it wasn’t meant to be the way Cilic or his fans would have liked it to be...

It was Fedex show all together!!!

The pundits of the game are feeling short of  superlatives forget describing Fedex by mere mortals. But, what strike me was yet again Champs humbleness in win...

Many of us cry when we lose but not often we are in tears in Win!!!

How often do we see in today’s world where a player who reach to this greater heights and yet be so humble!!!?

Well, I guess Roger Robert Federer - junior ‘RF’ not only made sure our Sunday eve was worth to remember but, during the course moved each one of us to tears!!!

Kudos Roger for 20win wish many more to come!!

Check it out #humbleness to its core:

Rain Vs Rising Deliveries...

For once weather can fool not just a layman but even weather department. Weather at times can be unpredictable, but not the Indian Cricket Team.

Before landing in South Africa here was team who had won all the test matches played in backyard but moment the flight landed outside the subcontinent once again Tigers at home had turned into lambs abroad…

First test in SA and it was India’s only chance to go one up in 3 match series as the pitch was suited for batters but the new India was as bad as old India.

Well, this is just a start and from here on it will only go worst.

3 test matches in South Africa in January, 5 in England in July and 4 Down-under in November...

The only thing which can save these good for nothing Indian batters on foreign soil is Rain God.

Else sodomy has begun already!!!
