What a night it’s going to be!! 

First it was a race to win party’s nomination. For Clinton it was relatively an easy affair against one candidate. But, for Trump it was no less than a cold blooded debate against several of his party members. 

First they went against their own party members but, once the victory was insight the focused shifted from party members to opposition. 

For over months Donald J Trump from Republican and Hillary Clinton from Democratic have gone left – right – center against each other. Not once they have missed out on opportunity to show the world who was better to take charge of White House. 

For a rank outsider US General Elections won’t matter but, then seeing the ultimate political circus unfold in front of your eyes has a charm of its own. 

After fierce long distance attacks for the first time the White Shark and the slow poison will come together for their first Face – off!!  

A thing not to be missed… 4P ET, 1:30IST it is!!

Wars are fought with Weapons not with Smart-phones!!

In a country of 1.25billion+ population, government cannot be held accountable for every loss of life… But, that is when a loss occurs due to suicide, an accident or due to hand of god. 

You may have protected civilians from terrorist attacks but, time and again infiltrators who have moved in and killed our brave-hearts is unacceptable!! 

First Pathankot now Uri…It’s not just an attack on our Army. It’s an attack on our pride…. It’s just not killing but, a statement!!  

Many of us who voted for you did not vote just for development but, for we saw “you hit me once I kill you twice” attitude. 

What stops you from retaliation?? 
What stops you from getting into a war?? 
What stops you from sending stern message to the world at large?? 

We don’t expect you to kill innocent Pakistanis but, then neither do we expect your tweets, we want you to get even with their establishment!!!

Floored in Florida!!!

Lush green outfield, superb stadium setting, incredible blue sky t-20 has finally reached US shores… 

Against West-Indies it was first t-20 match in the US. But, for people with a ‘recall memory’ it was a match played for redemption… How can one forget the semis of WC – t20 in 2016!!! 

243 was a score line… India needed 20+ per over to achieve the impossible but, just when one thought match was under the belt there it came the most disheartening loss of recent times!!! 

It’s easier to deal with a loss… not heartbreak!!! 

Btw, blaming him today is not fair… After-all he single handedly won 50-over World Cup for India in 2011!!! 

Everything said and done… Is age catching up with a Maestro!?? Well, now, all eyes on Aug, 28 IST.

Every sportsmen or sportswomen who has played an individual or team sport has played with one intention – and that is to WIN!!! 

Sometimes you win… sometimes you lose… But what’s important is to give 100% sometimes that 100% is not enough nonetheless play your heart out!!! And no one will doubt!!! 

You may not have won Gold but, certainly with you effort to win on court; you have won billion hearts!!!

From Athletics to Archery, from Swimming to Shooting, from Weightlifting to Wrestling, from Tennis to Badminton they came from different sports but, under one flag… Our beloved tricolor. 

In total there were 117 athletes who represented India at 2016 Rio Olympics. 

Some of them were eliminated in first round, while some had to retire-hurt, some missed the podium by a whisker, while some have kept India’s hopes for Medals ALIVE!!!   

P.V. Sindhu is one such name who not only has ensured India its second Medal but, now eyeing for that ultimate glory!!

Sometimes being an underdog is a blessing in disguise…. 

One Billion prayers are with you for that one exclusive Gold. Go for it...

Game, Match, Dream Over… Federer.

If the quarter final of Wimbledon of 2016 was mouthwatering affair then Semi – Final of Wimbledon 2016 turned out to be heart wrenching outcome.

The momentum was clearly with Federer as he was leading 2 games to 1. 

4 set and just when one thought it would go in tiebreaker World No. 6 Raonic pulled out an incredible win on Maestro’s serve. 

5^th set it was and one could see the hope of a champion sinking by the point. 

The word at large expected Fedex to win that elusive 18 Grand Slam and 8 Wimbledon title but, a hope failed to turn in reality!!  

Champion surely lost Semis of Wimbledon for the first time, but, he won our hearts yet again!!!

When the Rain God failed to impress “Law of Average”

The unthinkable occurred at Wimbledon and left world no.1 Novak Djokovic and the world at large speechless!! World number 41, Sam Querrey was leading 2 sets to love on Friday night before rain intervened.  

The match resumed on Saturday and just when Querrey was on verge of incrediable victory yet again Rain God visited Court no.1 of Wimbledon. 

It was a frustrating wait which finally ended on a big high!!   

It was Novak’s first loss at Majors since 2015 French Open final. 

Well, the Rain God tried its best to help Novak, but failed to impress “Law of Average!!!” 

If only he could have gone on to win this match and later the title, he would become first player to win a calendar year Grand Slam since 1969. 

Now the Question is -  Is 18 Grand Slam, a record breaking 8 Wimbledon title on the cards!!? ;-))
