Paatal Lok...

Be it Hot Star, Netflix or Amazon – some actors whom we probably could have never heard of are giving some of their life time performance through web-series!! 

The season starts with an attempt of murder which revolves around outskirts of Delhi on one of those Lutyens Media bigwig and then what follows is one man’s relentless pursuit to find the truth. He appears to be a naive cop sucked in one place forever and yet trying to prove himself in the eyes of the world and his son... 

His pursuits for truth leads him to all the places where we see no other names than Hindus, no other flags than Saffron, no other worship places than temples... 

I mean... 

Do we have only the Hindu names who have been the nuisance to this country... Or is it also people from other communities who have fooled around with the system!!? 

All the actors in the series have done a phenomenal job and they give justice to our time spent.. But, coming back to a story line its nothing but a Saffron bashing!! 

End of it you feel only Hindus are from Paatal Lok – 

Rest all the communities staying in India are either from Dharti Lok or Dev Lok :D  

Time flies not the memories!!!

11^th June 1980 almost a month before I was born came in Karz...  

Well I still remember it wasn’t until 1990 / 92 when then – the only entertainment channel 'Doordarshan' got it on air on one of those Sundays.. 

I was just just 10 / 12 years old and I was in tears cause my baba was hell-bent for Karz while I was missing Tom & Jerry!!!

The story line, the tune, the guitar, the songs were beyond me, but yet even then what stayed with me was a Smile of a guy who I’m unable to forget even today.

Rishi Kapoor came from a family who has given everything to Indian Cinema. 

Take 100 yrs of Indian Cinema – and Kapoors have been in business for close to 84+ years and counting!!

But, coming back to late Rishi Kapoor - he was different... Even today when I watch his songs it makes me cry...

Do I miss him!!? Oh yes!! 

Not often I have missed a man leave alone crying for a man who is a stranger. But this was / is different...

He had expression of Tom and Smile of a Jerry - I Guess!!! J

Ban Liquor says Maharashtra BJP - what Non-sense!!!

The Pune Mayor says sale of Liquor is not a good idea... Maha state BJP says the same...

Well, I’m neither for liquor nor against it... But, seeing these BJP state head /(s) changing color reminds me Chameleon..  

While the parliament has powers to make laws on liquor it's the Center who has executive powers on sale of liquor... Liquor across the states in the time of emergency can be banned as it does not make a part of essential commodity. (Essential Commodities Act, 1955)

And yet it was Central Government who allowed states to sale the liquor under Lock-down 3.0

What happened on 4^th May in Maharashtra was shocking, but just blaming the drunkards or banning liquor is not a solution to the problem. 

One study shows almost 90% of people had a shot at-least once under the lock-down... While around 10% of people couldn't afford it. The kind of rush Maharashtra witnessed yesterday was of those 90% who weren’t ready to buy a bottle for an insane rate yet again.

State Vs Center:

The sale of liquor was allowed across the country... The state of Karnataka, UP, Goa did commendable job. In fact the state of Karnataka received record breaking revenue in a single day and yet there wasn’t any chaos across the state. Then why Maharashtra!!?  

Better coordination:

How come we saw a better coordination amongst the politicians, bureaucrats, police and shop owners in BJP ruled states while Non-BJP ruled state government were / are still in mess!!? 

In my eyes, it is nothing but Central Vs Non-BJP states which are at loggerheads and playing the blame-games.

  

The hovering question: 

If today Maharashtra was ruled by BJP, would Pune Mayor or Ex-CM had same views!!? At-least your counterpart colleagues from Goa, UP and Kannadiga doesn’t show the same trend!!! 

Thappad - Relevant but, is it true for insecure Men / Women of the world!!

Truth be told… 

As a kid, the only movie I loved seeing was - When someone stood in line and booked my seat. Later in 2000 it was the same but, the only addition to it was cheese - popcorn 

Well, coming back in 90's / School days it was different… 

When ‘QUARANTINE’ (Meaning - then) was =  No Aai–Baba, No Aaji–Ajoba, no Kaka–Kaku, None cousins whatsoever... and all you wished was for a VCR, and a tape!! Filled with back to back Movies or Pornography :D

Aso, coming back to the movies!!

Thappad a movie which was released in Feb 2020 in theater, came on Amazon today and while going through it I had my say… 

The message is superb but... 

Is it always a Man slapping a Woman wrong!!?? - 

What if a guy who slaps a girl!!? Where she is no less than an insecure and wants to commit suicide!!?? 

Movie / Message of Thappad is good but... After so many popcorn's, movies, porns.. You reach to a conclusion -  

Too each his own… Be it a man or a woman – Guess its good to be a Polygamist  than to be on receiving end!!! - THAPPAD 

जीवन के दिन छोटे सही... हम है बड़े दिलवाले!!

Oh boy… Who would have thought about back to back demise of India’s finest actors and that too amidst the lock-down… 

You had intense actor who could speak through his eyes than words, his kindness, anger, vulnerability could be seen all at once... 

And then came India’s original chocolate boy from his songs to smile from his looks to his sweaters, from his ability to playing guitar to the amount of women he easily romanced on the screen made everyone of us go crazy.   

They weren't just actors or stars...  they were best of best of both the worlds!! 

For the love and tears, smiles and pain they gave us through their craft - they surely deserved the best of farewells. But, I guess God wanted good men returned back to him without being touched by the ordinary…

No!!! - 'Four More Shots' - Please!!!

The first season of 'Four More Shots Please' came in 2019… 

It was the same year when the Amazon viewers also witnessed some of the super thriller web-series… 

Be it The Family Man, Mirzapur, Inside Edge and my favorite Jack Ryan…

Well, coming back to Season II of Jack Ryan - It was much thrilling than the first one. 

If the first season had unrest in Middle East and the repercussions Middle-East had faced then season two showed grey side of Oil giants – Venezuela. It was atleast captivating..

Coming back to Four More Shots Please – season 1 was cool…

You had super hot girls who were willing to fight for their rights. You had one night stand, you had sex with multiple partners, you had fantasies, you had divorce, you had infidelity, you had incompatibility, you had tears, you had smiles… 

But, most importantly you could see friendship between four girls who fought for their own rights till the very end and stood for each-others happiness!!

Well, if season one was for self and friendship, season two for me was complete thumbs-down!!  

It was way disappointing. Once screwed why do they what to live being screwed all their life!!?? 

You can show cleavage I mean a deep one. You can show a super cute smiles for a camera with a dimple but being happy for self is more important than the bullshit  "All For Friends" 

Else Season 3 - Which can fetch few more bucks is not far!! :D

When was the last time you felt like crying for one and counting the dead bodies of rest all at once!!!

Imagine your 70+ year old father crossing the road and someone out of nowhere comes and hits him and later not only use filthy words but starts slapping him / bashing him left-right-center… What would be your reaction!!?

Well, 16th April Palghar incidence in my eyes is no different… 

You had Sadhus crossing the borders and when they were forced to go back and not enter Gujarat border they were mobbed and later killed by locals from Maharashtra – Palghar district.

But, what broke my heart was seeing a 70 year old Man seeking for a help, running for his life, looking for safety under police protection and later being handed-over again by the police to be beaten to death!!!

Old man appeared helpless and but what shook me was not a single person from the crowd came forward to stop this gruesome act.

Maharaj Kalpavrikshgiri (70) was the one amongst 3 who was killed by the goons  

Who is to be blamed for!? 

Maharashtra Police!? 

Maharashtra Government led by SS and backed by NCP and good for nothing INC!?

Well, if this not enough...  The incidence took place on 16th April but till date not a single bimbo of Bollywood have come out in support of Sadhus killings...

The likes of media who at a blink of an eye are out talk about lynching have now gone quite!!? 

And the Award-wapsi gang have gone in oblivion. 

WHY!!? 

I guess, it’s not them but the HINDUS ARE TO BE BLAMED FOR . WE ARE CURSED… DIVIDED WE STAND AND UNITED WE FALL!!
