Giving up was easy!

O dear Nicotine, the affection was palpable. The kick was second to none.

After the supper, during the liquor, midnight at three or next to the smoker, the intake was a tranquil.

But nearly after a decade and two of relentless abuse - came a morning – it stayed for a day and then for a week and today is a month!

O dear Nicotine giving up was easy…. to forget the affair is exceedingly difficult ;-))  

Reaching on top is one thing, staying there is a challenge.

As much as I thank god, I thank my own efforts I thank you STAR! :-))

Ruthless Novak did it again!

If not Federer my support was for Andy Murray… Australian open Men’s final was a perfect setting for this Brit lad to take his Grand Slam tally to two!

Though winning is not always important, it should be played with an intention to win! And when it mattered Novak came out with flying colors!!

The match lasted for not more than 4hours; the battle lasted just for first two sets and then it was nothing short of Sodomy….

The final score line was 6-7, 7-6, 6-3, 6-2.

Novak gave everything…. Mentally, physically, emotionally he was supremely fit…..  And as a result he achieved unprecedented feat by becoming the first man to win three successive Australian Open titles in the professional era!


Congratulations Novak for Winning the battle of Attrition and creating a New World Record!

30 seems easier.... But you’re no more FASTER!

Five setter was a good thing about the today’s Australian Grand Slam. The bad thing Federer lost right at the end!

Leave alone Fedex fan culb, ask any Pundits of the game and they would have put money on Federer, if this match was played five years back!

It went down to the wire.


But now its a shade different. Hell!!! There's a sea difference!

No one can take anything away from Scottish Murray.

Jealousy Is A Disease; Get Well Soon – YOU BITCH!

Finally the much awaited part one of LA and OW interview was aired on Discovery! 

One and half hour was just not an interview; it was "A Tour To Confession!!!"
 

It all came down to one thing…

Oprah Winfrey – Yes or No; did you ever take banned substances to enhance your cycling performance?

Lance Armstrong – YES! 

The confession just went from scary to scarier to the SCARIEST.

But time and again I have thought of this one question….  

What is a sport all about?

If it’s about achieving new heights!!! Then what’s wrong if a sportsman takes performance enhancing drug/(s)… 

It’s beyond my understanding….

 We see a fleet of corrupt bankers, lawyers, cops, politicians…. But just when one of the legends of cycling achieved what no one else could – they all took a dig to get him down on his knees.  

He was wrong, but in world with so much of imperfection this man atleast did something to help society.

Armstrong fought against the most dreaded disease Cancer, but couldn’t stand up for a fight against the mother of ALL diseases – Jealousy! - Which poured in from all corners.... 

In the day of adversity, YOU HAVE SHOWN MANY "A RAY OF HOPE"!!!

YOU STILL OUR HERO - ARMSTRONG!!!

Neither alive nor dead!! ;-)
