Failed to see the forest for the trees....

Euphoria of hundredth international hundred is over.... and mind is back with a thing which it does the best! -

ANALYSIS!

Why to always think / rely on the outcome of the result which is beyond are controls?

IF I HAVE TO RELATE TO CRICKET...
First it was Australia (Feb 2012) and now in Bangladesh India's fate depended on the matches which they weren't part off.

We could have easily been in Final of Asia cup had we not lost the match against the Bangladesh. Sure in theory, Indian bowlers could have defended the score of 289 but,

Dear Mr.Tendulkar,

Don't get me wrong;
100 international centuries is no small feat by any stretch of imagination, but what is less befitting is the manner in which the landmark was reached...

16 March 2012: You became the first and probably the last person to score hundredth international hundred.

You reached Half-century in 63 balls but it took another 75 balls to reach the landmark.
From 80 to 100 i.e. for last 20 runs you took 36 deliveries.

Another point to ponder: In the same match you lasted for 147 deliveries and made 114. But against an excellent South African bowling attack when you scored double hundred you took same amount of deliveries.

May be,
if only had you not been single-mindedly determined to get to that landmark you could have scored at faster rate.

Well, the whole of India is partner in-crime, the nation wanted you to score this hundredth ton but in the HINDSIGHT ONE CAN ONLY SAY INDIA LOST THE PLACE IN FINAL FOR THE SAKE OF A CENTURY...

Sure, there are few more years for you in test but as far as ODI's are concerned,

Isn't the right time to exit when the question being asked is 'WHY' AND 'WHY NOT'?

I am a Fan of Rohit Sharma - Virat Kohli.

WOW what a win!

Against Pakistan, under the lights, chasing 330 was never going to be a cakewalk and yet young-guns, the future of Indian cricket delivered when it mattered the most!

I have personally been a HUGE FAN of Rohit Sharma and for me today's highlight was the praise which came-in for Rohit from few of his contemporaries....

"
I am a Fan of Rohit Sharma. Just love to see his batting" Virat K. For a long time it appeared to me as if more than the talent, the temperament it was the world which was against Rohit Sharma. But these words from Virat Kohli and later praise from captain cool MSD would certainly give much needed confidence to this another young extraordinary talent...

After all team building is all about encouraging the team member when odds are against them, success of the team lies in being happy for each others success...

BTW there is way to celebrate your achievements! "It IS A RELIGION"

Today you have everything Virat, no one can can ever take-away your achievements. They are to stay there forever. It will only make you look good if only you could control your emotions after achieving it.

Currently your celebration after reaching three figure mark just looks like "PROFANITY"

May be that’s why the generation next is called

GENERATION "Y"
- Why? ;-)

Bombay BOMBER!

A boy from downtown Mumbai once got a chance…

A boy who was just a delight to watch, soon became heartthrob….

A boy who admit, had tears when he missed on his maiden test century

Today left billions in tears when he reached the CENTURY OF CENTURIES....

A boy, with his sheer brilliance swings the mood of the nation…..

A boy, who once came as a rookie is reckoned as LIVING LEGEND!

Thank you for incomparable grand years!

"If its love, then its forever!" And you'll be loved forever!

SACHIN. R. TENDULKAR.

Happy ANNIVERSARY SAU-CHIN :P

12 March 2011 it was then, when the most dearly loved son of Indian cricket scored 99 Hundred (51Test + 48ODI)

Since the God of Cricket has miserably failed to reach the mark of hundredth international hundred.

Tendulkar on number of occasions looked calm, composed but emotions ran high as he got close to that so far elusive landmark!

After-all he is named as "God of cricket" -
THE REAL ONE IS "UP THERE..." AND CURRENTLY IN NO MOOD TO LOOK DOWN UPON HIS FAVORITE CHILD!

Its been an year, and w/o a shadow of doubt we know, you wouldn't have been to Dhaka if it had not been for HUNDREDTH - TON!

Good luck Sachin -

Let the God once again look down upon you.

Let the HUN- DREAD turn HUNDRED! :-))

- Amen!

13,288 bricks in the wall! :)

Born to a middle class family, discipline was his name,
Never he took anything for granted, or was discomposed by any fame.

His eyes showed determination, his batting was an art,

Classical style of play was his famous mark.

The dressing room had respect, oppositions knew the impact,
In bowler-friendly conditions the WALL stood apart.

Batted at 3, withstood the storm,
In the lineup of Kings of the batting,

here was a "LORD!"

Come this Friday, he may call it a quit,
Leaving a huge void for the number 3 spot.

Rahul Dravid please do a favor -

Announce the retirement but don't quit before playing the last TEST!

It will be an inappropriate timing not the IMMACULATE one which we all are used to... :)

Go with a smile, make us smile! :)
