beautiful land and killing innocent ones.

However, since last four years thanks to this Modi government who has made sure to eradicate cross border invasion.

Not that terrorist haven't tried but have failed miserably every time.  

Through all thick and thin the nation has gone through – it’s the Men and Women from Indian Arm Forces who have kept our borders, people safe…

An Irony of an ‘IRON MAN’

It was year 1946 where 12 out of 15 Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) members nominated Sardar for Party President and first choice as PM. However, it was Gandhi who persuade Sardar to withdraw his name from the race and thus began the Nehru era.

Had it not been for Gandhi, Nehru stood no chance to become first PM of India.

Since then we have had one family who has ruled and ruined this beautiful land.

Airports, Stadiums, Museums, National parks, major roads of every capital state and city, government schemes for the upliftment of poor all are named after one family… ‘Nehru-Gandhi’ family. 

If Nehru is solely responsible for Kashmir issue, Sardar is a Man who will be remembered as a Man who United India.

Over the past 6decades Sardar’s role in Indian politics was ignored mainly by INC and this took place persistently due to good for nothing politicians who were in support of Nehru-Gandhis. 

Well, the Hardcore Congress Man will no longer be forgotten and thanks mainly to PM Modi. It was his dream to build tallest statue which will see a day light on October 31, 2018 on the birth anniversary of Sardar. 

Built on the banks of River Narmada in Gujarat, the structure is twice the height of the Statue of Liberty.

India being a Democratic country people will argue about the money spent but, only the true greats are remembered in History…

And it was high time the IRON MAN of India - Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel got his due!!!  

One for the road.. One for the cause... One for the loss!!!

The first ODI match at the state of art MCA stadium was played in Oct 2013. 

It was Australia Vs India. Where Aussies won the toss and elected to bat first and won the match convincingly.

Ind Vs WI was second ODI since then.. Well, this time around India won the toss and yet elected to Bowl first...

Result the same... One who Bats first wins the 50-over game...

Pune wicket once again has proved –  not to be a lucky ground for the Indians... 

Nonetheless the only highlight was Kohli’s century... 

His first century in this series made sure India won the match... The second century helped India to draw the match, but the third one came in a losing cause.

On record front:

There are dozens of batsmen who have achieved the feat of three consecutive centuries. However, only one man in a history of the game Kumar Sangakara has hit 4.  

Can Kholi match his record!!?

10K Volt Shock!!! :D

This was a day India should have celebrated a record of a fellow Indian!!! And why not!!?

After all,  here is a Man who reached to 10K runs in just 213 matches and 205 innings. Well back to back century also took him to ton number 37. Just few left to surpass SRT (guy overhyped by chuu** fans :D)

Nonetheless, in the hindsight this is a game who also shows Cricket is a great leveler!!

For me it wasn’t about a draw... but, 300 runs!!!  1^st ODI - Windes reached 326/2. 2^nd ODI Windes yet again reached 321 /7.

Had it been SA, AUS or even the arch rival PAK I could have comprehended with final score. But, allowing this WI team to cross 300+ mark in consecutive two games!!!???

Well it is a 10K WT SHOCK!!!  

Considering WC-2019 is just 7 months away!!

A Date With The Past!

It was year 2007 when one of the best team in the world got shock of life. Not once be it the Indian cricket team and or Indian fans had thought of losing to Bangladesh which eventually resulted in India’s elimination from ‘WC’.

It was a shambolic performance and one of the darkest day in Indian cricket history.

Fast forward since the day Bangladesh has failed to beat India in ICC or a major tournament.

If beating Pakistan helps heal past wounds seeing Men in blue beat Bangladesh is treat to eyes.

After all; their players and fans are so overconfident that one game win makes them think they are unbeatable.

And to see super passionate Bangla fans in tears every time is best thing of the day…

Well, unless the match is not fixed like 2017 Champions Trophy India is a clear cut winner.

Truth be told…

Only race I wish to see being humiliated every time is none other than Brits… After all the race who killed your people, who screwed you, who made sure one nation was divided in two don’t deserved to be loved forget the respect...

Nonetheless when it comes to sport; it transcends all hatred!!! 

Some accidents are beautiful and as they say; ‘One man's loss is another man's gain!!’

It all began on Indian shores when the young lad was called as a last minute replacement for Marcus Trescothick. 

The young lad was straightaway inducted in playing eleven and boy didn’t he make it count!!! 

He scored 50+ and 100+ in his first test match in Nagpur… Well, in the process he not only surpassed 12k runs but, went on to become England’s best test batsman! 

Come 2018 the great man announced his retirement and what a way to repeat the same feat which he created way back in 2005 (50+ in first innings and 100+ in second innings) 

On the field of sport we have seen aggression in different forms but, if one had to see real aggression in a refined way – check for Alastair Cook’s batting!!! 

33 is not an age to retire however, to each his own…

Oh dear LORDS!!!

First test match at Edgbaston, all India needed were less than 200 runs to win.. Well, it was a reminder of Caribbean series of 90s. When good in back yard hopeless abroad couldn’t achieve target of 120.

Fast forward, they say India is a changed country. The youth who play for tricolor are fearless, they go for kill, and they are more equipped with infrastructure which btw, no other sport in this country has ever received. 

And yet in second test at Lords it is same old story... 

2 down out of 5 match test series…  God save the sodomy..

Road to Russia… Ends with a smile!!?

I have never followed club level football but, when it comes to World Cup or European Championship I have always backed one team – Germany it is…

And yet this time around I wish for Argentina to win. I have never been a huge fan of South American football or their players but, this time the heart and mind is gunning for Messi…

To excel in any sport one needs to have talent but it’s the hard work on the field and discipline in specific helps one reach at the top of his/her game. 

Messi one such wonderful player has time and again proved why he is considered as best player in the world and regarded by many as the greatest of all time.

Under his brilliance Barcelona has seen nothing but success. But pulling on Argentina's blue-and-white striped shirt has brought the forward some of the most painful moments.

Rubbing salt into those wounds, Messi has lost in three successive major finals with Argentina as the 2014 World Cup and the 2015 and 2016 Copa America titles.


This will be Messi’s Golden chance to lift the Golden trophy…
