a bat in his hand….
But,
then had it not been for Mr. Dalmiya – Indian cricket wouldn’t have seen World
Cup coming to India in 1987 and then year 1996 where both the events were COMMERCIAL SUCCESS and showed the world potential of this
region!!!
Since
then there has been a clout within the country’s most cash rich sporting
organization…
In came
Pawars, in came Abdulhas; in came Nivasans – but, THE MAN WHO SHIFTED cricketing power house from white to
sub-continent was none other than this once upon a time control freak – Dalmiya!!
