Gandhis may or may not go to jail but, the very fact that the first family of Indian Politics have been taken down in first phase of case hearing itself is not only a moral victory for Swamy, but, also helps entrusting faith in Indian Judiciary which also speaks loud of "EQUALITY BEFORE LAW"
